  Reception was very friendly and extremely helpful. All queries - also tourist information - were attended to very well. Facilities are very clean. Space is limited in the room, but did not bother. Location is the best you can ask for. Busses are on the doorstep and can take you in any direction. The Gare l'Est station is also next door. The view from our room was excellent and there are lots of eating joints nearby. The rooms are cleaned everyday. Very apt for people who want to explore the city. The staff are very friendly and kind and I believed they are the owner of the hotel (family business) my sister and I are the guest at the hotel and suddenly my cousin decide to join us where we stayed.
