Wonderful hotel in the heart of the Cité. Staff were most helpful and the shuttle service to the hotel from car park was marvellous. A great holiday experience! - The beautiful view from our room. We stayed in Room 9 so you can see the Ramparts from your room. Also very beautiful with wood beam ceilings.

Superb location and accommodation, the home made cakes for breakfast, plenty of advice given on what to see locally, flexibility and friendliness on booking in later than we'd planned, the free car parking very close by, we all had a lovely stay. We hope to return during one of Carcassonne's many festivals. -

bus for 1 euroor the petite train for 3 euros to take one to the castle.
Bnp ( Bank of america bank about 3 or 4 blocks away). The hotel is 1
block from the train station right across the canal and my room was

Visited in May by car. The reception staff was genuinely warm and helpful. Request a room with a view of Carcassonne. At night the fortress is bathed in soft light. The hotel room is big. The design of the room is simple and natural.
We can take bath and shower in the room which is very comfortable as we feel tired after whole day trip.
