  Staff was very accomodating. Since there is no elevator, and I was staying for just one night traveling with a heavy suitcase following a business trip, I was offered a room on a lower floor and the staff carried my bag to the room. They provided a map of the city and directions to local sites. Biarritz is beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room was clean, staff friendly, and it was close to everything. Very quiet, great water pressure in the shower, and the whole place smells lovely (of lavender). A very nice experience.

  We so enjoyed our stay. Old fashioned for the ambiance and modern where it was needed. Such a pleasant change from the anonymous modernity of most hotels. the owners were delightfully helpful and friendly. Very convenient location, comfortable beds, immaculately clean and well decorated, which bearing in mind our visit was at the end of the season... что говорят » is good. We so enjoyed it we spent an extra night there. highly recommended, we'll being staying again if we visit Biarritz. - The staff were incredibly helpful and very nice. The location was absolutely perfect and, although the parking was on the street and as you could find it, we managed to get a spot right next to the hotel. The room was very big and lovely. I loved the separate 'walk-in-robe'. Such a gorgeous town, a pity the weather wasn't very good. Definitely a place I will be going back to and this is where I would stay again.
