  Everything was perfect. The owners / managers know all the gerat spotsto eat and to visit in Biarritz and have been very helpful to arrangethe "must see" and "must do" for us. The hotel is quiet and 10 min fromthe center. There is a lovely terrace to hang out and have a drink orbreakfast.   The view of the ocean from the hotel room was amazing. Room and bathroom were small but modern, well-maintained and had flair. We only wanted to look at the amazing view anyhow. We felt we totally lucked out with our room for the rate though the weather in late October wasn't great. Would love to return in summer.   The hotel was centrally located in the old part of town. It has recently been refurbished to a very high standard with tasteful modern facilities. It was extremely clean and comfortable with all white bedlinen and duvets. Towels were changed daily. It is a family run hotel and their English is passable. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast includes croissants, bread, jam, ch - Perfect location in the city centre just a few minutes walk from the beaches and the fishing port. Parking was never a headache considering a city centre parking just a minute walk away. The staff was enormously welcome and helpful starting from switching rooms upon necessity and ending by lending beach towels after the check out. Excellent value for money.
