Pretty much everything though we did not eat at the hotel apart from a coffee and croissant in the morning so i would have to limit our comments in that regard - i think the location is probably what made the strongest impression with its panoramic view of the beach and promenade. -

There are rooms on the 3rd floor with big balconies. We were on the 4th floor, with at least a good view and big windows. Public parking at one- minute walking distance

We found the hotel very easily which is not always the case. The check in proceedure was quick and polite also the check out the next morning.We found our room extremely clean and well equipped. - Staff helpful and efficient.

This was a really nice suprise. An amazing view of the ocean from the room and a very trendy hotel design. The walk through a nice small street to the beach and shops was the perfect distance. The hotel staff were excellent and the position on Milady good - not too busy with access to a nice beach - The restaurant had a good range of food, and it's very resonable if you take their menu of the day. The proximity to the highway was excellent if you're using Biarritz as a base.

The garden was great. The sculpture added a nice touch. The designer touches were evident everywhere, but suitably under-stated. The staff were warm and friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey by English standards, but was actually excellent value compared to other places we tried in Biarritz and environs. -

The hotel was centrally located in the old part of town. It has recently been refurbished to a very high standard with tasteful modern facilities. Perfect location in the city centre just a few minutes walk from the beaches and the fishing port. Parking was never a headache considering a city centre parking just a minute walk away. The staff was enormously welcome and helpful starting from switching rooms upon necessity and ending by lending beach towels after the check out. Excellent value for money.
