fridge. Warm (our visit was during cold weather). Comfy bed. Local shops
for groceries and meals. If you want service (we didn't) then
don't stay here. If you want a comfortable, clean, simple, base for
exploring Avignon and its environs for a few days it's secure,
convenient and good value.

I felt as if I was staying in the home of a friend. My room was large and airy and had screens on the windows so no problems with mosquitoes. The breakfast was excellent

Autour Du Paradis is indeed a little paradise tucked away in a narrow cobbled street and very central to everything, shops, food markets and the sights. These apartments are superb. Easy of access - just minutes from Avignon Centre train station by foot and even closer from nearby parking stations. Clean, comfortable and the 1 bedroom apartment I stayed in had plenty of room. The central courtyard was an oasis of peace and although you are just a 5 minute walk from the centre of town you are well-insulated from the daily hubbub. The apartment is ideally situated just across the road from the old city walls. There is a supermarket directly under the apartments that was very handy for supplies. The apartment is a good size and nicely furnished. We extended our stay from two nights to four partly because we were so happy with the accommodation. -
