This was my second stay at La Mirande, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The staff is exceptional and very willing to help in any way. We used Avignon as our base to travel all around Provence and felt we were returning to a quiet home estate at the end of each day. Beautiful surroundings and the melodic ringing of bells is simply perfection.

These apartments are superb. Easy of access - just minutes from Avignon Centre train station by foot and even closer from nearby parking stations. Clean, comfortable and the 1 bedroom apartment I stayed in had plenty of room. The central courtyard was an oasis of peace and although you are just a 5 minute walk from the centre of town you are well-insulated from the daily hubbub. The hotel was clean and tidy, the hotel hired cycles which was an easy way into town and the food/wine at the restraunt was excellent. - Ideal place to be relaxed. The hotel is located on the island right next to Avignon with a swimming pool. In addition to sightseeing, you can enjoy bicycling in the area. Excellent food!

The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location, across the road from the Old City walls and bus stop which goes to the TGV station. The regional train station is a very short walk. The room was very modern, clean and a good size. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. -

The hotel is typical IBIS - not a bad thing, not a good thing, just a fact. Personell is very friendly and is doing a good job and make you feel pleasant. Location is also pretty good - right near the train station and 10 min walking to the very center of town. WiFi worked well. -
