The staff were highly attentive, especially Fernando, who I believe was the manager. He made us feel very special given it was a birthday trip. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walking distance to the shops and Pope's palace. The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at La Mirande, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The staff is exceptional and very willing to help in any way. We used Avignon as our base to travel all around Provence and felt we were returning to a quiet home estate at the end of each day. Beautiful surroundings and the melodic ringing of bells is simply perfection.

I liked the tranquillity of a hotel which was set so centrally. It was lovely to come back and sit in the garden of an afternoon. The hotel is typical IBIS - not a bad thing, not a good thing, just a fact. Personell is very friendly and is doing a good job and make you feel pleasant. Location is also pretty good - right near the train station and 10 min walking to the very center of town. WiFi worked well. -

The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location, across the road from the Old City walls and bus stop which goes to the TGV station. The regional train station is a very short walk. The room was very modern, clean and a good size. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. -

The apartment is ideally situated just across the road from the old city walls. There is a supermarket directly under the apartments that was very handy for supplies. The apartment is a good size and nicely furnished. We extended our stay from two nights to four partly because we were so happy with the accommodation. -
