  Once arrived they offered us a free upgrade to a suite: Jacuzzi and large shower ensuite, it had a very nice view on Kayserberg's main street. Maybe the view from other rooms (with little balconies) is even better (Schlossberg vineyards and the Castle). The three gourmet restaurants of are absolutely GORGEOUS and worth the visit. Kind and very well prepared staff .Our room view were the vineyards...not bad at all!!

  Very helpful reception staff who spoke English and appreciated my attempts to speak in French. Comfortable room. Good simple breakfast. You can park by the hotel to unload and then drive a short distance to the public car park near the Gendarmerie. For ten Euros returnable deposit you can borrow a free parking card. Also, the late check-in process was simple - the hotel provided us with a code to get in and the keys were waiting for us just inside.

There was enough space in the 2 bd apartment for all of us, plus having the WC separate from the tub worked very well. The location was great, very close to Colmar which was our destination.
