My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite . The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem.
Breakfast was very varied with a good amount of hot food as well as cereal, yougurt and cold meat.

This is a lovely hotel located in a quiet square in the old town
within minutes walking distance of all Prague's main attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts and evening meals very good.
I have stayed here twice now and have recommended it to others who have holidayed here as well.

This is a truly excellent boutique hotel, perfectly positioned close to the Old Town in Prague. We are seasoned travellers as this hotel is one of the best we've stayed in. It rates 4.5 star by international standards. - We were upgraded as it was our 25th wedding aniversary and we were greated by the staff with a bottle of champagne and flowers.
