The city and the hotel were beautiful and incredibly amazing. The staff at Boscolo Prague went out of their way to make me feel welcome and part of their family. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite . The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem.

within minutes walking distance of all Prague's main attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts and evening meals very good.
I have stayed here twice now and have recommended it to others who have holidayed here as well.
