Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  The rooms were fabulous; spacious and well stocked. The spa baths were a welcome bonus after a day of walking! The location is perfect; lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping close by. The staff were outstanding and wanted to assist us in every way. Many places are ease accessible by foot and trams and busses are within walking distance from the hotel.We could walk to many of the tourist attractions.The staff are helpful and caring and nothing is too much effort. We needed to check-out at 06:30 and we didnt had time to have breakfast so took care of a breakfast-package which we could on our way to the airport. Excellent location, few minute walk from old town square. A good price for this location. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay and this hotel is excellent for a few days stay!

  The location was excellent, it was in the old town and very close to everything. The apartment was very nicely decorated and very compfortable. We could also use all the facilities in the 5 star intercontinental hotel next to us. We stayed 5 nights but didn't book breakfast. The next night Pavel informed us that the saf - Very good location, related to Intercontinental hotel which is 10 meters away so can have all hotel services, friendly staff, clean room, good design, comfortable beds, good restaurant on the roof with nice view of the old town. Transfer to the airport with bmw 5 series at the price of regular taxi. We would definately go back and recommend to anyone going to Prague
