  Serviced apartments, not a hotel, but this actually suited us better as we were able to prepare a cooked meal one night. Comfortable beds, everything was clean. We were able to check-out around 9pm to catch a midnight train as no one had booked for that night so that was handy.   We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary.   The charming hotel built in 1730 is extremely well located at the castle end of the famous Charles bridge just around the corner on a quiet side street. We had a huge 2 room suite with 2 fabulous king sized beds with luxurious linens, 9 foot ceilings with a frescoes ceiling in the living room and very old parquet floors throughout.
