  It's a very nice house in the rural Croatia. It is situated near Plitvitce Natural Parc. The rooms are nice furbished, the bath is clean. The family who'se running this house is very nice to tourists. They clean the rooms every day, they speak good English, they know the area, give good reccomandation about the places where you can eat and are exc... что говорят » elent hosts! We would come back any time! - Marija the owner was very helpful and provided us with information for the plitvice lakes. Her directions for locating the house were also good. The location was excellent for visiting this national park. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. We opted for the breakfast at extra cost and it was good value for money. Would recommend accommodation.

  The owner is incredibly hospitable. We've never had better service at any place we've stayed. They helped carry our luggage in, brought us beverages, catered to our two young children, gave us great directions for hiking to the waterfall (it's in the perfect location!!). They offered to make us dinner for when we returned from the hike, but we opted to eat on the trail instead ... - We(couple) stayed at the studio which is well equipped. Miro and his family are very nice, he guided us well about the area and routes of plitvice. We really like the dinner(extra payment) especially the risotto - better than restaurant. The place is very close to the P3 parking so you can walk there or park your car free(in entrance 2 the parking is 7 kuna/h) near the area of P3 and start the route early to avoid the crowded hours.

  We had a three bedroom, three bathroom apartment. Everything was new, clean and modern. This was our first night in Croatia and we were so pleased with how wonderful the apartment was. The owners live on-site and were available to help with any questions. The location is just a few minutes drive from the entrance to the National Park. I would highly recommend Guesthouse Franjkovic!! - Great value for money and the owner was very welcoming and friendly. Lovely and clean room. The guesthouse is in a very good location. There is a shop just opposite, a nice restaurant up the road and entrance 1, plitvice lakes national park, is only a 7-10 minutes drive away.

  It was great! A perfect location, room and family. We felt like we were staying with friends. We are grandparents staying with our two grandchildren and it was perfect. Their children were the same age and so they played. Perfect dinner recommendation and then great home-cooked breakfast in the morning. The owner met us at the bus stop, took us to the supermarket ( there aren't any shops in the villige). The house and the room are superb. Spacious, clean, very comfortable room with rhe balcony where you can enjoy the fantastic senery. Highly recommended. Really nice family live there.

  Breza located in a very picturesque area near the big lake and waterfall. To get there you definitely need a car, better with a gps navigation, or have a transfer arranged for you. We had to opt out on the 3rd evening as we couldn't manage to eat it all!! Good location on the far side of the Plitvice lakes away from most of the tourist accommodation so we could stroll down to the park entrance and catch the boat, leaving the car at the guesth

The owner is very friendly.
