  Everything. The place is beautiful, easy to reach but off the main road and 50 meters from the seaside. The staff is kind, helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is a small structure, very quie - The staff were friendly and helpful, and made my entire family (including my children, ages 6 and 4) feel welcome. The included breakfast was diverse, and the kitchen was more than happy to prepare scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage upon request. For those with a car, the location is perfect - we explored the entire Istrian peninsula as well as parts of Slovenia.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was maybe the best one that we've ever had in hotel. It was very variable and staff made sure that there was enough for everyone. Room was medium size, not too small but not big either. We had balcony and beautiful seaview.   Our family had a fantastic vacation staying at Villa Roses. We traveled with 2 small babies and we had all we needed at place. Apartments were nice and clean, all utensils were provided, you don't need to bring anything else. The hosts were great, very welcoming people. I would recommend this place to anyone for a great family vacation.
