Very good location, everything is in a short distance, nice beach, a lot of good restaurant /the best restaurant is in the same building/, near the beach is playgrand for children, very good equipment in the apartment. Andrea was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Good knowledge of

Apartments had oil, sugar and coffee which was useful and excellent array of clean pots and pans compared to other apartments.
Whole apartment, especially the Bathroom was spotlessly clean with a washing machine.

The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the hotel looked brand new. The hotel restaurant was good, we enjoyed the breakfasts and also enjoyed dinner there once.

Perfect position for us overlooking the harbour at Lapad, quiet and comfortable and close to several good restaurants. The owner was delightful and amazingly friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and a perfect size for two people.
The bus to the old town stopped outside and it was a delightful walk along the peninsula and to the beaches and cafes over looking the sea.
