Hotel rooms are the best we've stayed in - very modern, decent size, comfortable beds, nice clean modern bathrooms and large balcony with, again, an amazing view over the marina! The staff at the bar are very friendly, as are the front desk staff who are also very helpful. Everything is very clean. Very nice view over the port of Gruz. Our room had a big terrace and from what I could see most of the rooms have them. Free parking (in abundance), very easy to find, situated on the main road so if you are with a car very practical for trips to other towns along the coast (no need to enter the city). All in all, to me it seems like very good value for money. In most countries that I have been to you could find rooms like this only

We were met with the warmest of welcomes from the charming owner, Dubravka, who speaks fluent English. The hotel is a beautifully restored mansion and is a refuge from the crowded madness of Dubrovnik . Extremely friendly and informative staff. Room 31, although at the top of the house has an amazing roof terrace, must be seen. Great value hotel and a great place to be based for a trip of any length to the stunning Dubrovnik.
