  We stopped in apartments No. 1301 two families. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 additional toilet, big kitchen and a hall with a fireplace, TV with a satellite plate, sofas and a lunch zone.   We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. Climate control was the best I've ever had abroad, with separate... что говорят » (and effective!) controls for the bedroom and living area. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

  The owner is very sweet and will go out of his way to help you. Left us travel books on Vienna with maps. The apartment we stayed in was very cute with flowers and small backyard. Good cooking facilities, bath, shower, washing machine. A group of 5 of us stayed here but I would recommend 4 only. I got locked out one day as I had forgotten my keys ... что говорят » and the owners father let me in, carried a chair for me up 5 flights of stairs while I waited for my parents. Very Helpful. We enjoyed our time here. - The location of the apartment is excellent.The care taker(Lucas) is one of the best people I met there,he is so helpful,he will go steps out of his way to help the guests.

  It is a nice studio with all the facilities including the stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, dish washer, washing machine, vending machine, lcd and internet. Again it has double bed and a real double bed (not two singles that we saw in many places in Europe). The staff is very good. Although i figured out how to turn it on and wrote an SMS to her to not come but she didnt receive and she came still (t - The apartment included amenities such as a dishwasher and was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was adequate, with plentiful hot water. The space was large enough so that one could spend time there without experiencing cabin fever. It was also well connected by the very regular 7A bus which reached Reumannplatz and Metro line 1 in about 7 minutes. It was generally quiet at night and felt secure.
