  We stopped in apartments No. 1301 two families. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 additional toilet, big kitchen and a hall with a fireplace, TV with a satellite plate, sofas and a lunch zone. There it was pleasant to us. Cleaning was carried out in time. Service personnel friendly and attentive. The hotel is located near the subway Karlplats in the down... wat mensen zeggen » town. As a whole it was pleasant to us. Let's be in Vienna, we will surely stop here once again. - The location is awesome, near Karlsplatz and Naschmarkt. It has a kitchenette, so you don't have to go out to eat for every single meal. The breakfast buffet is standard for Europe, which means it's quite good. The coffee was particularly tasty!

  We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. Climate control was the best I've ever had abroad, with separate... wat mensen zeggen » (and effective!) controls for the bedroom and living area. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

  The staff is very friendly. The apartment is very conveniently located right in the heart of Vienna. We lived 9 days and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Many thanks to the Alp and his staff for organizing our temporary residence! We had no any problems with it. - This apartment had everything - in the heart of Vienna around the corner from the Opera house and the main shopping mall - the apartment was modern and there was a welcoming bottle of wine and fruit for us on our arrival - magnificently set up

  The owner is very sweet and will go out of his way to help you. Left us travel books on Vienna with maps. The apartment we stayed in was very cute with flowers and small backyard. Good cooking facilities, bath, shower, washing machine. A group of 5 of us stayed here but I would recommend 4 only. I got locked out one day as I had forgotten my keys ... wat mensen zeggen » and the owners father let me in, carried a chair for me up 5 flights of stairs while I waited for my parents. Very Helpful. We enjoyed our time here. - The location of the apartment is excellent.The care taker(Lucas) is one of the best people I met there,he is so helpful,he will go steps out of his way to help the guests.

  It is a nice studio with all the facilities including the stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, dish washer, washing machine, vending machine, lcd and internet. Again it has double bed and a real double bed (not two singles that we saw in many places in Europe). The staff is very good. I could not turn on the TV and i called and the lady came in... wat mensen zeggen » an hour on Sunday afternoon. Although i figured out how to turn it on and wrote an SMS to her to not come but she didnt receive and she came still (t - The apartment included amenities such as a dishwasher and was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was adequate, with plentiful hot water. The space was large enough so that one could spend time there without experiencing cabin fever. It was also well connected by the very regular 7A bus which reached Reumannplatz and Metro line 1 in about 7 minutes. It was generally quiet at night and felt secure.

The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. - Staff is amazing - one of the most pleasant people I met.   Just returned from Vienna at Nov 9. We were planning to visit museums and walk around city with 7 y.o. kid. Location is great - tram, metro (Shottenring, Shottentor), Billa, Spar - are close enough to aparts - around 5-7 mins on walking. Key handover was smooth and easy. Rooms equipped by good furniture, dishwasher was operational as well as gas-s... wat mensen zeggen » tove and fridge. Highly recommended - The apartment we stayed i had everything you would need for a city break: small kitchen, lots of storage, TV and free WiFi. We were up on the 6th floor and we had a lovely view across to some mountains.
