The hotel I stayed at was actually a 4* hotel called the Hotel Boltzmann that also belonged to the same owners. It was a few hundred metres from the Bleckmann, in a much quieter street near the American embassy. A nice room.   The location is very good: 4 stations from the Western Railroad Station and about 15 minutes walk from the city center. Value/price ratio was excellent, the breakfast was tasty (although I remember some basic elements that didn't appear in the menu). The rooms were clean, tidy, the bathroom was really large, and the Internet worked very well.   Good location (across the road from U-bahn station, i.e. subway). Good and friendly stuff. We had some problem because on the first day our floor was cleaned very early, at 7 a.m. I asked not to use vacuum cleaners before 8 a.m.. And it was possible, we weren't waked up by vacuum cleaners any more! Rather good breakfast. You can easily reach the centre also with tram no. 43, which brings directly to the Ring in less than 10 minutes. There is also free wi-fi. The price is very competitive, also during Easter holidays: I will definitively return there next time in Wien. - Location is good for public transport and bike rental as it is right across the street from the metro-station. Rooms re clean and staff was helpfull in finding a parking spot (4 km away in a P+R location) since we forgot to make a parking spot reservation. The P+R location was really cheap so we didn't really mind. The breakfast was okay.

  Very clean and comfortable appartement. The staff was very helpful in giving us directions and making rezervation at the restaurant. The location is very good for exploring the city. Tram station in front of the hotel 5 min to Schotentor Univ. and from there with the subway for 3 stations (around 5-6 min) and you are at Stephansdom - the hart of Vi... что говорят » enna. Their airport service is cheaper than taxi. - The apartments are in an excellent location, near the city and with public transport right on the doorstep. There are also very good local shops including a supermarket around the corner. The apartments itself was very clean, well appointed and the owners were very friendly. I arrived after reception hours and had no problems getting into my apartment.
