  After they had a computer booking problem, I got moved at no extra cost to another hotel. The hotel I stayed at was actually a 4* hotel called the Hotel Boltzmann that also belonged to the same owners. It was a few hundred metres from the Bleckmann, in a much quieter street near the American embassy. A nice room. The breakfast is very well served. The hotel si very close to Votive Kirche and the Inner Stadt of Wien and this makes the hotel very useful in case that you have to work in there or somebody wants to visit this beautiful city.

  Although the hotel was very small, staff were professional and helpful, and spoke good English. Room was clean and comfortable, and larger than I imagined given the competitive price. - Close to city centre, friendly staff, very quiet room, nice size, free internet. Breakfast buffet. Good value.

  Good location (across the road from U-bahn station, i.e. subway). Good and friendly stuff. We had some problem because on the first day our floor was cleaned very early, at 7 a.m. I asked not to use vacuum cleaners before 8 a.m.. And it was possible, we weren't waked up by vacuum cleaners any more! Rather good breakfast. So great value for money. ... ce que les gens disent » - Location is good for public transport and bike rental as it is right across the street from the metro-station. Rooms re clean and staff was helpfull in finding a parking spot (4 km away in a P+R location) since we forgot to make a parking spot reservation. The P+R location was really cheap so we didn't really mind. The breakfast was okay. - The hotel is very well located, just opposite the entrance of the metro "Alser Strasse". You can easily reach the centre also with tram no. 43, which brings directly to the Ring in less than 10 minutes. There is also free wi-fi. The price is very competitive, also during Easter holidays: I will definitively return there next time in Wien.

  The location is very good: 4 stations from the Western Railroad Station and about 15 minutes walk from the city center. Value/price ratio was excellent, the breakfast was tasty (although I remember some basic elements that didn't appear in the menu). The rooms were clean, tidy, the bathroom was really large, and the Internet worked very well.
