Location is magnificent, the hotel is beautiful and very luxurious - I only wish we could have stayed more than one night to enjoy more of the facilities (we were in the area for a wedding)

Location!!!! It was extremely convenient. Opera house was a 2-minute walk away. Both the train and ferry stations were at the hotel's doorstep. I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy

We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful.

Very comfortable- this was a special treat for me after an event. I have
stayed here once previously and was keen to come back. Lovely views,
fantastic staff, great location. I just love the conversion of the warf,
as it keeps all the character and features of the working warf's
history. If you fany a splurg, stay a couple of nights, it's lovely.
I had a standard room this time on the city side, but last time I was
lucky enough to get a deluxe suite over two levels that was sublime.

My fiancé and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at the Shangri La. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
