The shops, the Rocks and Darling Harbour were literally on the door stop. Staff were friendly and very helpful - I had accidentally left a make up bag behind and called up 10 days later to see if I had left it behind. It was found in housekeeping and promptly mailed back to me. I would recommend the Meriton on Pitt street to everyone, my friends and I are already planning our next girls trip and happy to have our accommodation sorted!

The hotel was well maintained, the rooms quite soundproof when the balcony doors are closed. Also loved that there was a balcony so that you were not confined to an air conditioned box - fresh air was able to be let in. The apartment concept is nice. The apartment had everything needed for cooking and was cleaned daily. The location is good - working distance to Circular Quay. Supermarket is located a 5-7 min. walk away. - Helpful, very pleasant staff. Close proximity to key tourist attractions and transport.
