The room was a great size and the renovated bathroom was good. The windows had secure security screens. It was clean except for the awful stained carpet yet suffice for our family for 1 night.

Even in school holidays with families it was relatively quiet. Room 109 was well set up with a huge comfortable bed, plenty of table tops, comfortable chairs still leaving plenty of room to move. Bed was excellent providing a very good night's sleep. Staff extremely friendly and efficient. -
This was my second stay at no. 95 in recent months.

A relaxing comfortable stay. Bed linen up-to-date and clean. The fact there was a toaster in the room was very pleasing. Free internet connection. It was close to Sevices (RSL & Bowls Club) for a well priced good meal. -

Easy to find, staff were very friendly and courteous without being patronising, they were more than willing to suggest activities that you can do when the weather turns bad.
Overall there is not a bad word I can say about the place.

The Staff were very helpful, I needed a charger for my mobile phone and the gentleman at Reception found one and brought it to our room. Rooms were very neat and tidy. Low noise also. -
In our 5 day trip around this region, this motel was the best by far. It was the very best value for money. Other motels need to take note.

Restaurant, staff as per Reception. Service exceptional. Meals, dinner each night, excellent. Breakfast, very good motel buffet breakfast.

I was having a medical procedure done in Dubbo and my husband and I required somewhere clean and comfortable to stay the night of the procedure. The lady on the front desk was very kind and gave us a ground floor room which I thought was very nice considering we had already been booked an upstairs room.
