Having flexibility on a business trip is critical and they went out of their way to accommodate my requests and ensure everything was set up and ready to go.   Our 3 night stay was so nice we booked another 2 nights. On our first arrival wee were greeted by Alvin at the front desk who was absolutely delightful, very professional, polite and helpful and this was just one reason for us to return for another 2 nights. However on our return we were greeted by a young dark haired girl who was quite abrupt and... что говорят » made me feel like we were a bother to her after requesting a twin room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend to I ends and famil - Staff are excellent I stay here often and each time the service is amazing. I tried to stay at another hotel close by as the hgc was very expensive during peak season, it was an absolute disaster. I will only ever stay at the chancellor when I visit Hobart. Thank you to the staff, the service is faultless in particular the front of house staff, the concierges, housekeeping and room service. A particular thank you to the chef for accommodating my dietary requirements. Fabulous and can't wait to

  The staff were amazing and outgoing. The waiters of the revolving restaurant were unbelievablely friendly and made the entire trip. A middle aged man who brought our room service more than the other hotel waiters (I apologize I don't remember his name) was excellent, friendly and we enjoyed his company.
