Wellington could be seen from our room. We cannot recommend the Henry
Jones highly enough. Five stars. -
The staff were very friendly and very helpfully with recommending restaurants, and sightseeing etc..they were happy to let us leave our rental car there until we were catching our flight at lunch time. I will certainly recommend the Henry jones as a place to stay when in tassie to my friends...

Our 3 night stay was so nice we booked another 2 nights. Staff are excellent I stay here often and each time the service is
amazing. I tried to stay at another hotel close by as the hgc was very
expensive during peak season, it was an absolute disaster. I will only
ever stay at the chancellor when I visit Hobart.

A standout for me was my interaction with staff members. Having flexibility on a business trip is critical and they went out of their way to accommodate my requests and ensure everything was set up and ready to go. I also enjoyed the conference rooms and the set up there - very efficient service and a great training venue. -

A previous guest had clearly smoked in the room. I could not re-locate to another room since there are no reception staff available after 4:00 pm on Sundays.
The hotel does not accept American Express cards. This was not clear on letsbookhotel.com where I used my American Express card to secure the booking. -

The staff were very nice & helpful. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious & well stocked with everything you needed for your stay. The location was excellent as well. I would definately stay again & would highly recommend this place to others. -

The apartment had everything necessary for our stay in Hobart. it was spacious and comfortable, in a good position for walking around the Harbour and Central city areas. The staff were very helpful and polite, Convenient guest lounge through the day supplied good coffee. Breakfast was nothing special, but there are many excellent small restaurants

We booked an apartment at the Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel because (a) it was very central to everything, (b) because we grew up on Vic. sheep properties in the 1940-60s and farmed sheep with Tasmanian bloodlines for wool ourselves and (c) because letsbookhotel.com offered great book-ahead specials.

The Location was an excellent point to be to tour Hobart and the surrounds.
Easy to get in and out of.
Everything that you needed whilst on Holiday was basically walking distance.
Would definitely stay there again. -

Location was awesome - absolutely lived up to the pictures, and we loved it. The space was also good - we had two separate apartments with a connecting door. - the staff very nice, design of the bedroom very good, lot of good amenities like a washing machine, a oven, tea coffee, blanket and so on

From the time we arrived at the hotel /reception on the 15 April
2013 was met by the staff who was courteous and greeted us with a warm
welcome , gave us information on the property and surrounds with wifi
password and advised this was at no cost.
The housekeeping was simply excellent with the room cleaned everyday and linen renewed as well.
We also liked the proximity to Hobart CBD and the restaurants that were at a hop, skip and a jump , could not ask for any better
