  The room was spotless and perfect for our family of 5. Excellent breakfast brought to our rooms which made it very convenient. Good central location. - it was clean,friendly,and comfortable,with everything needed eg,iron,toaster,hairdryer,shampoo.lovely big soft towels.

  Easy to find, staff were very friendly and courteous without being patronising, they were more than willing to suggest activities that you can do when the weather turns bad. Overall there is not a bad word I can say about the place. Oh; and heaps of parking - Easy to find - on main road but not noisy.   The biggest plus is the location, close to shops and restaurants and walking path by the river. Given the location, the price is reasonable also. Clean, tidy and well maintained. Very little noise at rear where we were and balcony was good. - Nicely designed rooms, everything was in order and a very pleasant experience.
