Everything. Functional design, very clean, no motel smell, little touches like chocolates and individual soaps for each, wi fi internet and FoxTel, etc. One of the best motels we have stayed at. Our 2 bedroom apartment represented really good value compared to others in the same price range. Spacious bedrooms with 3 single beds for the kids - no need to worry about bunks! Very clean & well equipped for cooking etc.. It's so nice to finally find decent sized coffee mugs supplied too (the little things are important!). Helpful, friendly staff - a great family stay! Oh.. And free wi-if that actually worked!! ;)

Judy and Anthony made us feel wecome from the moment we walked through
the door, nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were spacious and the
spa was an added luxury that did not disappoint. We ate at the Japanese
restaurant attached to the motel and the staff were outstanding. The
food and the service provided were of the highest quality. -

Absolutely stunning, clean, luxurious and modern rooms with a huge emphasis on glamour. Staff/owners went out of their way to accommodate both mine and my friend's family. Would absolutely recommend these apartments/rooms/studios to anyone who wants affordable luxury in Ballarat. Everything you could ever want in a room, very well planned and thought out. A credit to the owners. Should be more of this sort of accommodation in rural cities/towns. Perfect, loved staying there and would definately

Facilities were very suited to the needs of a family. We cooked our meals in the appartment, and found that everything we required was available. Staff was most accommodating & helpful. Good outside space. -
