To arive after a 5hour drive and be told that you have been upgraded to a spa room was the BEST EVERY,It was my BIRTHDAY. I loved all of it, the room was a great size, the meals at the resturont wear delish and great value for money, the staff wear polite and very helpful. Having a long day out then coming back to the room and soak in the spa, then just wall out the door over to the restaurant for dinner was the best did not have to go anywhere it was just all there. It was quiet and just the right size for a weary traveler. The staff were attentive just enough without being overbearing and were helpful in getting me settled. They provided good advice and service on issues such as locations for meals and a drink. -

The decor was understated and stylish, everything was very clean and the kitchenette was an added bonus to the studio room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was the overriding consideration. Proximity to Sovereign Hill. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room and comfort and facilities available.Staff were helpful and friendly. I was especially happy with the open fire in the dining room. Availability of bicycles. -

Swimming pool was good though could be warmer in spa pools. Reasonable place for short stay, fit 3 adults comfortably but more aimed at young families. -

Enjoyed the stay with my partner, my sister and cousins. Mark and his wife were lovely hosts very accomodating very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and neat very cosy and comfy. Easy access to the town enjoyed walking around. Overall very organised and we will definately be back.
