  Everything. Functional design, very clean, no motel smell, little touches like chocolates and individual soaps for each, wi fi internet and FoxTel, etc. One of the best motels we have stayed at. The little luxuries don't cost much, but make all the difference.The next cabin we stayed at for same price had old, worn and dirty and broken things and ... что говорят » a tiny TV screen, advice to turn the lights off to save energy, and a warning that if we didn't leave it clean and tidy there would be a cleaning fee - Our 2 bedroom apartment represented really good value compared to others in the same price range. Spacious bedrooms with 3 single beds for the kids - no need to worry about bunks! Very clean & well equipped for cooking etc.. It's so nice to finally find decent sized coffee mugs supplied too (the little things are important!). Helpful, friendly staff - a great family stay! Oh.. And free wi-if that actually worked!! ;)

  Very, very clean. Spacious room. Great value for money. Great breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Ample car parking. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Ballarat again.   Good Size room Basic but comfortable Pricing was OK Allowed to check in early so we could then head out for a day at Soveriegn Hill refreshed . - Close to the city and main attractions. Plenty of space in the room and the beds were really comfortable.

  Enjoyed the stay with my partner, my sister and cousins. Mark and his wife were lovely hosts very accomodating very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and neat very cosy and comfy. Easy access to the town enjoyed walking around. Overall very organised and we will definately be back.   Upon arrival Tracey was wonderfully helpful and made us feel right at home instantly. The room itself was fabulously decorated although an older style building Tracey had done an amazing job with the decor. It has laundry facilities which Peter kindly popped in to make sure we had no trouble operating.   Staff (owner) was amazing. There was a smell in iur room, we went down to tell her, immediately we were moved. She apologised that the new apartment wasn't as good (actually it was better) she was friendly and welcoming. She gave great advice if where to eat in town. Apartment had washer and dryer which was great.
