The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Even though, out of convenience, we were travelling with backpacks, were were not at all treated like 'backpackers' (as we were at another 4-star hotel we stayed at during our trip).
The location of the hotel is excellent. San Telmo is a lovely neighbourhood to expore and this hotel makes a great base.
Breakfast was good at it was great to have a nice Nespresso coffee. In the early evening we could relax on the rooft -

Booked the two story loft and its extremely spacios with kitchen facilities (kitchen ware, microwave; sink and minibar) a dining table living room and big flat screen tv. They even had a guide to argentina on the coffee table. They help you book tango shows tickets and the staff spoke very good english and answer every question you may have. And they offer airport shuttle service.

This was a very nice, modern, downtown hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with modern decor and a view of the city. It's not in the greatest downtown location for walking to attractions, but very easy by taxi.
