  The staff in this hotel are great - couldn't be more helpful. I arrived early but was immediately granted access to my room - 3 hours early. Helpful on booking trips, remembered my name - really great. The breakfast was huge and much better than other breakfasts I have had in other hotels. The bed linen was soft and the bed comfy.   The hotel was nice and convenient. The exchange rate at the hotel was fair. We did have an episode when picked up at the airport. The driver that the hotel arranged for us dropped us off at the wrong hotel after we made it clear to him where we were going. Another driver was suppose to pick us up but after 45 minutes we caught a taxi.
