  Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

A relative came to visit, we stayed in the sofa in the groud floor for a couple of hours and they offered us some coffee (free!).
