This excellent, unique and tastefully designed B&B is situated in the heart of Palermo. It has more of a "home" feel to it than your average B&B with a lovely little flowered garden area for relaxation. Chavi is the perfect host-he is reason in itself to stay here, esp. if you enjoy good conversation. I would go on to say that he personifies the warm, friendly, welcoming attitude I experienced while visiting this wonderful city.все обзоры

Chavi, the owner, is very friendly and knows a lot about Buenos Aires. Can tell you a lot and give you ideas about what to do and see. The place is very clean and comfortable.
Helpful and friendly host (good discussions about local culture), very
comfortable & clean room, homely environment, good and safe location
for city visit.

There were no problems - we had a good experience, and the b&b was
as advertised.
Storage of my backpack/suitcase at Chavi's house after check-out did not work. My flight was at 9pm, but I could not leave it there until the afternoon. So maybe not ideal to stay there on the last day, if your flight is at night, or ask him first if it is available before the reservation.
Very narrow shower.
No chair in room.
Limited space at breakfast.
