Het Chavi's Bed and Breakfast ligt in de hippe wijk Palermo Soho en ligt op slechts 500 meter afstand van het levendige Serrano-plein. Het is gevestigd in een charmant huis en beschikt over kamers met gratis WiFi. Er wordt ontbijt geserveerd en er is een gemeenschappelijke keuken.
De kamers van het Chavi's zijn ingericht met antieke meubels en hebben een houten bureau. Sommige kamers hebben uitzicht op de tuin en beschikken over een eigen badkamer.
Het dagelijks ontbijt bestaat uit ontbijtgranen, brood, vruchtensappen, thee, maté, koffie en croissants. In de tuin kunnen gasten genieten van drankjes van de bar. Ook zijn er barbecuefaciliteiten aanwezig in de tuin. In de gemeenschappelijke keuken kunnen gasten hun eigen maaltijden bereiden.
Gasten kunnen op het terras ontspannen of bij de excursiebalie informatie aanvragen over excursies, activiteiten en het uitgaansleven. In de buurt zijn pubs en restaurants te vinden.
Chavi's Bed and Breakfast ligt op 500 meter van Plaza Italia, waar verschillende bushaltes zijn. De metro stopt hier ook. De luchthaven Ezeiza ligt op 30 minuten rijden met de auto.

This excellent, unique and tastefully designed B&B is situated in the heart of Palermo. It has more of a "home" feel to it than your average B&B with a lovely little flowered garden area for relaxation. Chavi is the perfect host-he is reason in itself to stay here, esp. if you enjoy good conversation. I would go on to say that he personifies the warm, friendly, welcoming attitude I experienced while visiting this wonderful city.alle beoordelingen

Chavi, the owner, is very friendly and knows a lot about Buenos Aires. Can tell you a lot and give you ideas about what to do and see. The place is very clean and comfortable.

comfortable & clean room, homely environment, good and safe location
for city visit.

There were no problems - we had a good experience, and the b&b was
as advertised.
Storage of my backpack/suitcase at Chavi's house after check-out did not work. My flight was at 9pm, but I could not leave it there until the afternoon. So maybe not ideal to stay there on the last day, if your flight is at night, or ask him first if it is available before the reservation.
Very narrow shower.
No chair in room.
Limited space at breakfast.
