  The hotel is located in the heart of Bariloche and we could get to every place within minutes and The lake is just done the street . The staff is very kind and helpful and especially Gabriel . We had a big and comfortable room, and quiet. Breakfast is very good and we enjoyed the free parking. A place to come again! - Great place. The staff is very kind and helpful, though their English is weak. The hotel has nothing special to look for. Breakfast is continental, without even omelettes. So don't expect much.   The hotel has lovely views and is a short (little bit steep) walk from the main tourist areas. Staff are really friendly and speak english for those of us with little spanish. Oliver on reception our first day or so was excellent telling us the highlights to see and booking us on a tour. He recommended a few places to eat - one of them was a g... что говорят » reat nearby pub with boutique brewery and excellent food called Manush. The owner was also friendly and sorted us out with taxi's etc. Breakfast was - Every room has a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. This is a clean, quiet and fairly modern hotel. Location is great - less than a 10 min walk away to the city center. Breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast starts at 8:00, but they allowed us to have breakfast earlier because we had a bus to catch at 8:45, which we were very greatful for. The front desk guy (British national) was very helpful and ordered us a taxi the night before. The man who organized breakfast was also very friendly and
