  This was an excellent option for us and the others who joined us on holidays here. Big rooms, very convenient and in a safe area. Great value. Really helpful english speaking staff. - Location is perfect, nice room, good bed and great restaurants only a few blocks away from the hotel, ask the staff they had some great suggestions.

  The staff were friendly and very helpful. Their advice was very useful for my wife and I to travel easily and wisely in Buenos Aires. Their help in arranging mid-night taxi to airport and keeping our extra baggage in the hotel had saved us a lot of troubles in our journey to Patagonia. The restaurant serves good food, nice green view to the golf course surrounding the hotel. Quite atmosphere for a perfect relaxation before a trip. At the back end of our wedding anniversary cruise we were booked for three days at the Fierro Hotel in Buenos Ares. A couple of days before the end of the cruise, we received an email message saying that the hotel had somehow inadvertently double b... что говорят » ooked our first day. Not good news, but already the manager had worked on the recovery plan: booked us into a nearby equivalent hotel and offered to c - We loved this hotel!! Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. We only have great things to say of this hotel and would definitely return if we are ever again in BA. We also found the fierro blog Insidebuenosaires.com full of the best advise for things to do

  The staff was super friendly and helpful. But my favorite part of the hotel has to be the bed. It was ridiculously comfortable that my husband and I could sleep in till 2:30pm everyday! It was like sleeping on a cloud! The breakfast also served freshly-squeezed orange juice, which was a nice touch.

  The desk staff were the best- very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent English language, and willing to help out (especially Roberto, Carlos and Raquel). The rooms were stylishly appointed- small, but efficient and comfortable. The outdoor courtyard was pleasant and landscaped well. Good location (Palermo - safe area), excellent staff and really nice rooms. We arrived at 7 am after a very long flight and got our rooms 8 hours before normal check-in time. They arrange transfer to/from airport for a decent rate, give nice tips for tango and sightseeing. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was also good.
