  We used Visalia as a base to visit Kings Canyon. It was a cosy, clean and friendly motel with an appealing pool and a great grill next door for breakfast, lunch and diner. Great value for money, friendly people at the reception. Room was spacious and tidy, air con worked perfectly and not one of those old noisy things you'll see elsewhere.   He staff were courteous to give you time to wake up before cleaning the rooms. They would come by and knock around 9:30 but still gave you time to sleep in if you didn't answer. - Everything. Great stay

  It was comfortable and the staff were courteous! The only problem was the pool which we could not use for our entire trip because they had trouble balancing the water. Otherwise, the staff were great and the hotel room was just fine. Location is great too in case you want to be traveling to Sakoia National Park, it is less than 40 miles away.
