  We were not originally given a room w/ 2 full/queen beds as indicated on website. The hotel said we could pay an extra fee for upgrade. Website indicated we were paying for this already. After some discussion, hotel staff moved us to a room w/ 2 full size beds. However, the refrigerator did not work. My husband commented that the rooms were smelling fresh and he would recommend Sea Trail Golf Resort to others.

  I arrived after normal business hours. But, Kris stayed late, kept the lobby open and made sure I had everything I needed upon arrival. She was excellent to deal with and super nice.   We were in town for a family reunion and found the Blue Ridge Village on the Internet when searching for a place to stay. The accommodations were wonderful. The condo was clean and having use of the appliances in the kitchen was a big plus. (We love our morning coffee!) The bathroom with the huge tub and the shower was awesome. We didn't get a chance to use the indoor pool and the rain prevented us from enjoying the outdoor activities that the resort - It was the best vacation spot we have ever stayed....absolutely loved it and didnt want to leave....felt like home and the staff were so helpful to us with our touring and finding directions to places to visit....would reccomend this place to all family and friends....we hope to go back as finances will allow us.....thanks for all you did!

  We have stayed here before and coming back here only proves that we like the place. It's quiet, near the beach and downtown. Not a lot of traffic since its not right the Main Street. - The room had both a bedroom and living room which was great for families. Also had small kitchen. The area was beautiful.

  Even though it rained and was a dreary weekend, the atmosphere inside the Inn was cosy and warm. There was plenty to do and a variety of places to eat right there and once we parked we didn't have to get out and drive around in the pouring rain to keep ourselves fed and entertained. You could tell everybody felt that way because the staff and guests were friendly and relaxed. - The Grove Park Inn has a spectacular huge entrance with massive fireplaces--looks like the big lodges in National Parks. The old part of the Inn is historic and the setting is lovely in the mountains and on a beautiful golf course. The staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. The full breakfast buffett is huge and rather expensive but you also can get less expensive food in the shop areas. The grounds are very well kept.

  All employees from the front desk to housekeeping were very friendly and eager to help in any way they were able. The room were very nice and had most of what was needed. Food in the restaurant was surprising good. Bar service quite friendly and helpful. The beach was simply amazing. We walked down to the inlet/marsh area, walked out onto the sand... o que as pessoas dizem » bars, saw hermit crabs in the water, birds, collected sea shells. We were the only ones there for a couple of hours. Priceless. Included in that is t - I liked everything, from the time we stepped foot in the Resort till the time we left, everything was clean, and comphy, The kids enjoyed themselves, and the STAFF! Oh my they were AWESOME, KIND, GENERIOUS AND HELPFUL I give this Resort 10+ stars, This was our second visit and Im heaed back in June and again in August of this yr 2013.

  Awesome, nice, clean rooms. Very great for the cheap price! Breakfast was amazing. Staff very helpful and kind. We will definitely be going back to this resort soon! All trips to Charlotte, we will choose only this hotel in the future! - Hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious.
