Very clean, front desk staff was very helpful and professional, the shower was persnikidy at times with controlling with temp. Very peaceful many times in a d out of hotel and only passes one person in the elevator. Breakfast was good if your an early riser. -

The coffee maker did not heat the water. A replacement was given which also didn't heat the water.
Power was out when we arrived.
Came back on within 30-45 minutes. When asked about ice we were told the icemaker was broken (however, it turns out it was because the power was off). A young man was sent for several bags of it and we were told th

(2) The room was comfortable but the furniture needs to be updated, Our in room desk chair needed to be thrown out
(3) No ANIMALS allowed
(4) Housekeeping was good
(5) When our room was not ready the day desk clerk was quick to resolve the problem, and moved us to another room

WOW! What a great hotel for the price! In a great location, extremely clean and friendly staff. We were only there for one night but would stay again. The bed was HUGE and super comfortable, could have done with larger pillows. The parking lot can get a little crowded as people check in. Did not get up early enough to eat breakfast. -

Your hotel fits them all. The only thingI found to be not so pleasant was the rear parking lot. But overall I will be back and stay at your hotel.

The hotel was very clean, up to date and inviting. We stayed for 3
nights in Asheville to visit the Biltmore House and visit a friend. The
continental breakfast was very good and had plenty of choices. The beds
were super comfortable, shower was nice and had plenty of hot water.
Floors were clean, and I didn't feel like it had to wear flip flops
in the room. The staff members were super friendly and very informative.
We will definitely stay there again. Great Value!!!

The breakfast was all we needed to start the day and gave us a time and money savings. The view from the motel is beautiful but then again it is Asheville. The value the staff offered on the Biltmore 2-day package was the way to go! We extended our stay and the staff allowed at at the same rate...but forgot to OK our keys...no big deal. Friendly and basic, needed to be close to the airport for an early
