Very clean, front desk staff was very helpful and professional, the shower was persnikidy at times with controlling with temp. Very peaceful many times in a d out of hotel and only passes one person in the elevator. Breakfast was good if your an early riser. -

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our late check in and we
were even able to grab a bite to eat. We left early for the airport and

The coffee maker did not heat the water. A replacement was given which also didn't heat the water.
Power was out when we arrived.
Came back on within 30-45 minutes. When asked about ice we were told the icemaker was broken (however, it turns out it was because the power was off). A young man was sent for several bags of it and we were told th

(2) The room was comfortable but the furniture needs to be updated, Our in room desk chair needed to be thrown out
(3) No ANIMALS allowed
(4) Housekeeping was good
(5) When our room was not ready the day desk clerk was quick to resolve the problem, and moved us to another room

WOW! What a great hotel for the price! In a great location, extremely clean and friendly staff. We were only there for one night but would stay again. The bed was HUGE and super comfortable, could have done with larger pillows. The parking lot can get a little crowded as people check in. Did not get up early enough to eat breakfast. -

Everything, it was clean and looked freshly painted! Info about Asheville that was located in the room was wonderful, very useful and we visited one of the restaurants described and it was amazing. Oatmeal in hot pot was great!!! -

Excellent reception upon arrival, and great service throughout our stay. The room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Easy access to local light rail transportation saved us big bucks on parking fees and gas! A great visit overall. -

First thing I noticed was a well lit parking lot. Next was Fast friendly reception on arrival. Quick registration. Rooms and beds clean without bugs or smells. Lots of places to put your things other than the floor. Waffle maker huge hit with the kids. Lots of other breakfast choices, hot and cold. Easy check out. Would stay again. -

The hotel was very clean, up to date and inviting. We stayed for 3
nights in Asheville to visit the Biltmore House and visit a friend. The
continental breakfast was very good and had plenty of choices. The beds
were super comfortable, shower was nice and had plenty of hot water.
Floors were clean, and I didn't feel like it had to wear flip flops
in the room. The staff members were super friendly and very informative.
We will definitely stay there again. Great Value!!!
