The hotel was in the perfect place to enjoy down town life whilst also
being far enough from the main drag for the hotel to be quiet and
peaceful; the facilities were excellent; the log fire was fantastic; the
staff were exceptionally helpful. In particular, Sheron (concierge),

We stayed in the heart of the old historic district.
The first night we got there we asked the concierge about a ghost tour we wanted to do. She took care of everything. She suggested the tour she thought was the best for what we were looking for and she called to reserve a spot for us. She also got us tickets for the trolley for our historic tour. Her suggestion for where we should eat dinner was excellent. All this at no extra charge. Very helpful and you can tell she enjoys her job.

After a long & late train trip from FL we were greeted by Sade. Her wonderful smile, friendly & warm attitude and her enthusiasm greeted us. Without exception the staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive, well-
trained and delightful. There was a complimentary buffet in the early
evening with free beer or soft drinks, which was a nice surprise. The
breakfast is $12 and well worth it. We had delicious omlettes cooked to
our own specification and everything else you could possibly want for
breakfast. The room was very clean and pleasant. Our stay here was very
enjoyable.

I absolutely loved my stay. The room was extremely clean. The beds were so comfy, I couldn't even lay back to watch television without falling asleep. The staff was extremely nice, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in this area. -

Location and price was key! We went to the Lakers game at the Philips
Arena which was 3 minutes away. Talk about convenience! Also the price
was extremely reasonable for the location. None of the other hotels
could compare to that price with that location. Overall I had an awesome
stay and will return next month for the Rihanna concert! It's safe

The staff was wonderful. There was a mishap with my reservation but the
front desk lady fixed it immediately and upgraded me to a suite for the
inconvience! Security was also helpful on our last night staying! And it
very convient to all the attractions we did through our city pass! Loved
it. We will return soon!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. My daughter had a severe allergy attack and had to go to the hospital. They gave directions and sympathy. Julia at the desk saw to anything we needed. The room was very comfortable. Liked the turn down service. The breakfast that had gotten bad reviews has gone up several notches. It was a complete array of food.
