Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. They suggested a couple
of nearby restaurants. We chose Penny's All American Café. Breakfast
was delicious and service was prompt and polite. Great place to stay
close to the ocean! Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to
returning next year.
Lovely inn, overlooking the beach. The room we were in was spacious and nicely appointed with a mini kitchen, and wonderful balcony. The bed had an amazing matress with plenty of pillows. It was nice that we were steps away from the Pismo Pier, and everything that is Pismo.todos opiniões »
First impression (always the most important) was the perfect way we were treated by the staff. Because of this, the rest of our stay in Pismo was excellent - we learned so much about what to do - where to eat, etc.
We loved our veiw of the ocean. The location was great,it was right next to the shops and the pier. Our room felt like a home away from home - really roomy and cozy.
We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was amazing. All aspects of
the hotel were a+.

Room was redone nicely, clean, Close to the beach, it is close to Old West Cinnamon Rolls.

Maybe the only thing that we had a problem with, was that there was no air conditioning in the room. This was only a problem for us in the afternoon when the sun was very hot.

The facility could use a vending machine for drinks and snacks.
No complaints whatsoever.
Garage kinda small but parking was available.
There really were no negatives.
Tried to give us a different room than we originally booked. Pismo Beach is a little run down.
