  We stayed 4 nights in Sept. The place was very clean inside & outside. Our room was very nice and clean, The location is very good. The breakfast was excellent. A great variety of hot food & other choices, Well worth the money, - I will definitely stay here again.   Although I was skeptical to book based on other reviews, I'm glad I did. It seemed that the good reviews were for the "renovated side" and the bad reviews were for the much older hotel side. The hotel room was the best value for the price that I could find in Pigeon Forge. You can't beat the price, and the room was large clean and had a balcony overl - We've stayed there a few tines before but stayed this time because they are a pet friendly hotel. As always it was clean and accommodating and the price was great!

  I am a single parent, and I love to take the kids here for a getaway!! The prices are reasonable and the indoor heated pool is a treat! The pool is always clean and so are the rooms, the hotel is safe and close to a lot of attractions, there is a complimentary breakfast, and the staff is helpful and friendly!! - I loved the hotel room.
