We stayed at this hotel while my sister was having tests and lots of appointments at a nearby medical center. The beds were really comfortable, and having a kitchen was a great bonus. The shuttle provided to local shopping (target, a grocery store) meant we could easily buy food for the week that we were there. The pool area was nice to sit in

The staff. Front desk was awesome! The hotel was booked full, long line of people checking in and 1 lady handled everyone with a smile, pleasant attitude, and she made it appoint to acknowledge and apoligize to everyone for the wait.. Dealing with her in the beginning of my stay made it all worth it. I believe her name is Jamie

My stay at this hotel was a great experience.The staff was very helpful and professional.I was upgraded to a suite that the the size of an apartment,very spacious.It was exactly what I was lookin for.The location was phenomenal I was in the middle of downtown and the galleria area,that was great.I was very happy with my choice . -

Staff on reception, were excellent, extremely welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely would stay there again.
The bed (12th Floor) so comfy a real treat! -
I enjoyed the resturant a variety of food buffet. My husnand and i loved it. Everyone was polite and helpful. We would stay here again.

The entire staff was extremely helpful. This hotel makes having to go to Houston Medical Center so much easier for the out of town patients. This Hampton Inn & Suites has door to door shuttles to each hospital and the service is great without long waits. The room was fairly small, but nice. The hotel was comfortable and secure and was very close to the Toyota Center and Convention Center. It was within walking distance of several nice restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice value for the money, considering the prime location. If you are tired of the big convention hotels, this is a nice, quiet alternative.
