  Excellent location for a short walk to the beach, also only a short ride to the outlets in Kittery 30 minutes and the Marginal way in Ogunquit, 45 minutes.   Requested extra pillows and towels and we got them! Pleasant and helpful staff! Coffee and muffins hit the spot! We r coming back for the big room with hot tub! Oh yeah!! - It was clean and good value for the money. I did not use any of the amenities but the pool and hot tub area looked clean and not a lot of people.

  The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was very comfy. It was very quiet there also considering they were full. Nice ocean view. I enjoyed having the kitchenette. 2 burner stove, mini fridge which was pretty good sized,microwave, pots pans and utensils, coffee pot.Clean towels and a great shower, plenty of hot water.   I thought the owners (husband & wife) were very friendly & accommodating. The room was spacious & clean & the ac worked well. The kitchenette was a bonus to have also. - The courtyard with the grills was really nice! It was a solid hotel for what we needed it for (changing from beach clothes to night club clothes and sleeping).

We enjoyed a romantic evening with a cookout on the grill and a roaring fire in the fire pit. The location is just off the main strip, making it a quiet place to get some rest.
