The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was very comfy. It was very quiet there also considering they were full. Nice ocean view. I enjoyed having the kitchenette. 2 burner stove, mini fridge which was pretty good sized,microwave, pots pans and utensils, coffee pot.Clean towels and a great shower, plenty of hot water. Housekeepers were very attentive. The location was great, in the quieter area of Hampton Beach. It was perfect being so close to the beach! The room was clean and there was a great view of the beach from our balcony facing the ocean. Fantastic restaurant right next door was very convenient.

It is directly across from beach and just a short walk to all the shops and attractions!!! We will be back for sure!!!!!. The room was great with a fantastic view. Suzanne and the entire family and staff were fantastic. I have already recommened the Atlantic to co-workers and friends. we reserved a efficiency. it was much more than we had hoped. large room with 2 double bed and a balcony. table, tv and full bath. It was great!. friendly staff.great views from balcony.. rooms were very beautiful.. people were friendly,and so close to the beach.. I absolutely loved it.. The proximity to the beach. Right next to Ron's Landing a really nice restaurant. staff friendly and met our needs access to beach and boardwalk but far enough away from the noise. Was a last minute booking so figured it to be a dive but pleasantly surprised. The balcony, location, no key but a 4 number code to get into the room. Pool was partially covered, came in handy during heat wave. Distance to ocean and the hub of downtown their pool. Great bed and blankets. location. The location was great. Near the beach but away from the boardwalk. Comfortable Room Price. Comfy bed,nice shower,view from deck. No Coffee! The room was clean but in a little bit of disrepair. The A.C. struggled. Some cobwebs in corners, toilet seat missing a bumper. Ouch! At first I thought it was a bit expensive but for the location and a very busy weekend 3 nights for 650 was a good price! I only have 1 complaint really, I upgraded my room to Oceanfront but got a room with a view but in the back of the balcony with rooms to the front and sides of me I had a 4' wide view. it was a little far from the boardwalk but the comfort of the hotel made up for the walk. the flowers were beautiful on lower deck of the pool but they did have a odor to them.. Bed wasn`t very comfortable. Odd smell in the front desk area, (like old cat litter?). room a little small. Well, of course the price as it was expensive. unheated pool. Room needed some maitains, and repairs. Beds were squicking, no phone in rooms, you should invest a little bit in this motel especially in furniture to be and to stay competitive. Thin walls, pool not the cleanest. No room phone or alarm clock ,lack of any local menus. Dead bugs in room, main light flickered, smoke detector hanging from wire, no shampoo offered, smoking in all common areas, ice cold pool. room was very dirty need more than a good clean needs to be refresh, frigs was dirty at our arrival, hairs and crums inside, old carpet that needs to be change, ceiling with mushroom stains. staff did not offer us nothing more than we are sorry.... My friend booked this trip.and paid for it. She asked if there was any more money owed they said no. When we go there the lady was nasty for we didn't have sue credit card.she argued with us and them called sue. Sue said she was nasty. We almost went home won't do that again. The fridge did not work the whole time even thought we ask to have it fix. The room was not worth the price. When we were there the hotel was overrun with gnats. You need to call the owner's cell phone when needing service from the front office. Dirty dirty dirty, over priced, 20 min. Walk from hatchshell.
