Design of furniture etc. It had a nice, classic feel. The staff didnt bother us too much. They were very nice and knew a little English which was good. Location is very close to Metro and some great eating places like Olivie.
Great location in the city center. Next to the Teatralna subway station. The flat are fully furnished and clean. Staff very helpful.

Very good and safe location, nice apartment (clean, big with good bed
and bathroom) and friendly staff.
The location was fantastic. When we found the place the staff were very friendly.
Had to ask 3 times to have water refilled but it's not their fault. Jacuzzi didnt work but still made a nice shower. Surrounds are a little scary at night. "Shuttle" service was just a very expensive taxi.
The location is very hard to find! Don't look for a sign, directly call the staff.
When we arrived in front of the building, we were confused by not knowing where to go. After a few minutes, a person came, helped us and referred us to the manager. The manager and other of the staff speak very little English and Russian. She charged us the full amount of the nights in the 1st minute of our stay, without giving us time to use an exchange for cash payment. The built-in refrigerator dissipated heat and practically refrigerated nothing.
No sign in the courtyard so you have to call for pick-up, lift is really
small. Staff is not always very helpful (precise) for city information
("many restaurants or coffees around"). Entrance at ground
flood is quite gloomy. Hot water takes time to come.
The difficulty to find it, there was signs for Theatre Boutique Hotel which is actually the hotel. Money was taken from my card before arrival which I found a little strange.
