This is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed in! Everything was so perfect - I haven't one single negative comment about anything. The staff were so lovely, generous and helpful. The facilities were perfect (and love the free tea and coffee). Fantastic ambiance and really funky area to just chill out in - great bed. Really cool too that we were able to watch dvds on the big screen. Everything was perfectly clean and the beds were really comfy! .
todos opiniões » Hostel is near the Independance square (about 5-10min). So location is great. There are 2 metro stops not far away hostel. There are shower and bathroom, 2 toilets. Anyway, everything was great. We left our luggage in this hostel after checking out for free. Location, friendly staff always helpful, toilets very clean for shared, hot water at the two tubes at the same time. Not permitted to enter and be on shoes, very clean floor everywhere. This hostel is very nice located. They are really helpfull and we had a great time staying. The staff can speak English well and they clean the common room frequently. Very satisfied. Well-priced and right in the city centre. Pleasant dormitory with large windows. The 2 girl staff we met are very friendly and helpful. We missed our flight out of Kiev and they were doing everything they can to help us out (getting a cab to pick us up again from the airport, getting us a room on the spot, help us printing newly booked tickets.. Etc) Very close to the city center and all the sightseeing locations. - location - good value for money. people are friendly. Location. Location is great. haven't one single negative comment about anything. We stayed in a double room without window, so air conditioning was quit tragic. But, the price is really cheap for this hostel room :). Was difficult to find the sign :S. We get the double room. The image they put on the website shows a (fake) curtain to make you think it's a window, but it turned out to be a window-less room with very bad ventilation! And I think it was a storage room or something, because you have to go through the 10 bed dorm to get into this room, which is ridiculous. - rooms a little dirty. staff dont know about how to edit reservations. My room was ugly, 2 level with bed on each floor. It wasn't specified when I booked it(((. We stayed in twin room. But it was like a prison. It has no window. You can reach there by passing through the 10 people dormitory room. It is really strange and not fair. My friend smoked in the balcony or toilet I dont know but the staff was like a monster. She was so rude. But we didint say anything because we are not that kind of people. Yes, it is our fault but she could warn us kindly. So I dont advice especially this twin room. Maybe sleeping outside could be better.
