Impressed with how clean warm and homely it felt when my son and I stepped inside. The room was good value for money and would recommend the Malvern lodge.

It was bit disappointed to see the front view of guest house. .I think the Signboard should be changed..it should be clearly visible from both ends of the road.
Shower could be a bit cleaner but it wasn't terrible, just the only thing I would improve.

Tired décor, not particularly clean...and the patio door to my (ground floor) room was broken and could not be secured shut!.
My budget room was barely separate from the neighbouring room. It was arranged in such a way that it felt as if I were sharing the room with a stranger because there was an interconnecting door through which I could hear the guest in the next room breathing.
the dust on wardrobes and tv. the ensuite was for little people. very noisy with guests coming in late and talking and swearing.we also had to pay up front or i would have gone somewhere else even tho i booked it.even the stairs balistrade was sticky.i didnt know if breakfast was included altho they had a dining room set up for guests, wasnt told anything.
